SUMMARY
The Combating Domestic and
Transnational Terrorism Course is a one-week workshop for criminal
investigators and supervisors offered by the Diplomatic Security Service’s
Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program.
The course will provide the participants an interactive learning
opportunity that focuses on enhancing investigative and analytical skills. The theme of the course will be
“relationship building” and “perseverance”. Participants will discuss
terrorist organizations and methods and examine the importance of information
and resource sharing. The
importance of highly trained investigative and analytical personnel to the
deterrence, identification, and apprehension of terrorists will also be
examined.

OBJECTIVES:
