The Leadership Development Course is a one-week program for
law enforcement officials who have completed ILEA-Bangkok’s Supervisory
Criminal Investigator’s Course. It
is offered by the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Prosecutorial
Development, Assistance, and Training and the International Criminal
Investigative Training Assistance Program. The program is an
interactive program focusing on management and leadership development. A wide range of contemporary management
and leadership techniques and strategies will be covered in the course. Special emphasis will be placed on
organizational development, strategic planning, and goal setting within a
police organization.
